Take a step into where Norwegian and global sauna culture meet, and join us for the online launch of the XIX International Sauna Congress, taking place in September 2026.
The International Sauna Congress is the official congress of the International Sauna Association, an event that has moved around the world every four years since the very first in Bielefeld, Germany in 1956. Next year, the journey continues in Oslo, Norway, hosted by the Norwegian Sauna Association (Norges Badstulaug).
In one year from now, September 24th–26th 2026, ISC26 will celebrate, present and discuss many different aspects of sauna – research, culture, history, architecture, and technology. All in a unique meeting place for sauna researchers, professionals and enthusiasts, from around the globe.
But before we gather in Oslo, where nature meets urban wellness, let’s connect online!
At the launch, you’ll meet the hosts and sponsors, get practical details on tickets, discover where to find all the latest updates – and, of course, learn how you can turn your participation at ISC26 into a real, Norwegian sauna journey.
